The retail opportunity analysis conducted for a five (5) mile radius of Palm Drive and Dillon Road, in the City of Desert Hot Springs, reveals significant and substantial retail development potential.

• Currently, retailers within the community sell about $242.6 million merchandise in the community.
• Demand from residents is in excess of $461.7 million annually (2010). Therefore, there is current unmet demand for an additional $219 million of retail sales in the community annually.
