Vaccines Available On Wednesday, April 7

Posted by City of Desert Hot Springs on Apr 7, 2021 10:59:14 AM

Riverside County moved into the orange tier today, resulting in wider expansions of the State's reopening plan. To continue progress in reopening, the County and State continue to recommend vaccination for all who are eligible, and the City of Desert Hot Springs is pleased to announce vaccine availability in the city today, April 7.

Five hundred Moderna vaccines are available today, April 7, 2021, at the Carl May Community Center (11711 West Drive, Desert Hot Springs).

No appointment is required, and the vaccines are free of cost to you. You do not need to bring an insurance card, and do not need to be insured.

Although Riverside County expanded the vaccine program earlier this week to individuals 16 and older, this vaccine is only available for those 18 and up.

No appointment is needed, but please arrive prior to 4:30 pm today, Wednesday April 7.

This is the first of two vaccines.
