The ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Paradise Liquor Market took place on April 8, 2021. Paradise Liquor is a family-owned business located in the Mission Lakes Marketplace. The market features a wide variety of wine, liquor, and beer. They also offer various groceries and supplies.

Lift to Rise Pledge

Earlier this year, the City Council of Desert Hot Springs signed the We Will Lift pledge! The We Will Lift: Regional Pledge for Housing and Opportunity represents a shared commitment to radically increase affordable housing and economic opportunity for ALL residents of the Coachella Valley. Governments, residents, and other community partners who sign the pledge are signaling their commitment to Lift to Rise’s vision to collaboratively address underlying causes of poverty and inequality through long-term housing stability and economic opportunity.
