The City of Desert Hot Springs will break ground on a new public library later this year at Palm Drive and Park Lane.
The modern, state-of-the-art facility will be 15,500 square feet – four times larger than the current facility – and will feature the following amenities:
- Study Rooms
- Adult & Teen Spaces
- Children’s Library
- Family Reading Area
- Technology Stations
- Opportunity Spaces
- Community Room
The library will be developed by Omni West Group, Inc. in a public-private partnership, and will be operated through the Riverside County Library System.
