City Announces Small Business COVID-19 Webinar

The City of Desert Hot Springs has announced a small business webinar to help local small business owners navigate the COVID-19 crisis and the resources that have been made available. 

 

Mayor Scott Matas will lead the call, along with Desert Hot Springs Economic Development Manager Denise Hamet, Small Business Administration Senior Area Manager Natalie Orta, and Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce Director of Membership Rebecca Rizzo.

 

The Mayor will begin with an update on the City's response to COVID-19.

 

Ms. Orta will then review COVID-19 financing assistance that is available, including the Emergency Assistance Disaster Loan program, the new Paycheck Protection Program, and the Bridge Loan Program. Learn how to apply and where you can get more specific questions answered. 

 

Ms. Rizzo will review additional community and business information.

 

This will be followed by a Q&A and update by Ms. Hamet.
