Housing Authority of Riverside County
The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside is a public agency chartered by the state of California to administer the development, rehabilitation or financing of affordable housing programs. The mission of the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside is to transform and promote healthy, thriving communities, re-ignite hope, restore the creation and preservation of high quality and innovative housing and community development programs which enhance the quality of life and revitalize neighborhoods to foster self-sufficiency.
The Housing Authority of Riverside County administers the Section 8 rental voucher program, which provides rental assistance to help very low-income families afford decent, safe, and sanitary rental housing.
