Friday Nights on Pierson – Vendor Participation

To participate as a pop-up vendor, a food vendor, or a food truck at our event, please follow these clear steps:


1) Obtain Your Business License:

  • Apply for your business license online:

2) Make sure you have the following documents complete (if applicable) before you apply:

  • Desert Hot Springs Sidewalk Vendor or Food Truck Permit
  • Desert Hot Springs Business License
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Community Event Temporary Food Facility Operator’s Agreement Form

3) Complete the Friday Nights On Pierson Permit Online:

  • All vendors must fill obtain their Friday Nights on Pierson Permit Online and Pay Online.
  • Each Friday Nights on Pierson Permit is valid for only one Friday and must be renewed/paid each week.
    • Once you have created a login and paid you will not be required to re-enter all of the information.
    • You will be required to login and pay for the no later than Thursday at 4pm if you wish to participate that Friday.

Once you have obtained your business license and completed the necessary forms, please contact Erick Becerril, Community Programs Manager, at ebecerril@cityofdhs.org. Once you have been approved you will receive an email with instructions for the event.
