New Regulations in Effect as of December 7, 2023

As of December 7, 2023, the City has instituted a limitation on the number of vacation rental permits at four percent (4%) of the total housing parcels containing completed developed housing units. The total number of housing parcels containing completed developed housing units for 2023 is 9,025, please see the report HERE. Four percent (4%) of the total housing parcels containing completed developed housing units is 361. Once the City issues those 361 permits, we will close the application period for the year. The City will run a new report annually(late September) of the total number of housing parcels containing completed developed housing units and publish it on the City’s website. The City will open the application period annually to applicants on a waiting list
