NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Desert Hot Springs will conduct a Public Hearing on December 5, 2023 to review and approve the Annual AB 1600 Report – Development Impact Fees (DIF), and adopt a resolution making findings and reaffirming the necessity of certain DIF’s. The proposed annual report is available for review HERE or at City Hall.

INTERESTED PERSONS MAY appear and be heard, or written comments may be sent to the City Council prior to the hearing.  Written comments may be mailed to: City Clerk, City of Desert Hot Springs, 11-999 Palm Drive, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240, or delivered to the City Clerk at the same address before 4:30 p.m. on December 5, 2023.
