You can register to vote online at the California Secretary of State website or submit your voter registration form to the Riverside County Registrar of Voters (ROV) by mail or in person. The ROV’s office is located at 2720 Gateway Drive, Riverside, CA 92507. You may also pick up a voter registration form at any of the following locations:
- The Riverside County Registrar of Voters office;
- Post Offices;
- Libraries;
- City Clerks’ Offices; or
- The Department of Motor Vehicles
