- Proof of General Liability Insurance
- The application for a vacation rental registration certificate shall be accompanied by proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit and an executed agreement to indemnify, defend and hold the City harmless from any and all claims and liability of any kind whatsoever resulting from or arising from the operation of a City permitted vacation rental. - Acceptable general liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 is required for vacation rental operators. Insurance provided by home-share platforms such as Airbnb does not meet this requirement.
