How to Report Debris on Public Roads, Private Property, or Vacant Parcels
If you see debris on a public road, private property, or a vacant parcel, and would like to report it, it’s important to first determine whether the location is within the City of Desert Hot Springs or in the unincorporated area of Riverside County. You can check this by looking up the property’s assessor parcel number (APN) or address using Riverside County’s Map My County interactive map.
