City Clerk

The City Clerk acts as the compliance officer for federal, state and local statutes, including the Political Reform Act, the Brown Act, and the Public Records Act. Our Office is responsible for the maintenance of the City's legislative history, municipal code, administering special and general municipal elections, administering the Records Management Program, managing and coordinating City Council-appointed Boards and Commissions, and serves as the filing officer for Fair Political Practices Commission.
